Who we are
SPV Ventures is responsible for the personal data described here (the “controller” under the GDPR and the UK GDPR).
Questions or requests about your data? Write to us through the contact form on this page, or reply to any email from us.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, company, the type of engagement and, if you add one, a description. Then whatever we exchange by email after that.
Please don’t put confidential information in the form. Once we’re in touch, we can agree how to share it.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare and run the engagement. We don’t add you to mailing lists, sell your data or share it beyond the providers below.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who handles it for us
Vercel Inc. hosts this site and runs the form. Resend delivers your enquiry to our inbox. Our email provider stores the correspondence. They process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Transfers outside Europe
Vercel and Resend are US companies, and Resend stores data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and their data processing terms include the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
For as long as we’re in contact. If an enquiry doesn’t lead to work, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep the records the engagement and the law require.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. Like any website, our host processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We don’t use it to identify you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or get a copy in a portable format. Write to us through the contact form on this page, or reply to any email from us. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
